Size and Length of Questionnaire
The size of questionnaire should have to manage moderately. The questions neither be too long nor too small but should be arranged in middle size.
Types of Questions
The type of questionnaire should either be closed or open ended. It depends on the wish of the researcher. Mostly respondents like closed ended questionnaire.
Quality of paper
The quality of paper should be fine and well published. The questionnaire must be attractive on the basis of paper quality because. It attract the respondents to take interest in filling it.
Pre-Testing
It should be tested on a few friends, then the errors and ambiguities should be finds out. These should be cleared out by pre-testing.
Choosing of Respondents
The respondents should be chosen carefully. The questionnaire should have to send to those respondents who take interest and collect information honestly.
Follow-Up
Recipients are sent to the respondents on post in shape of a card. The return of the completed questionnaire should be described in it.
